DevOps

<aside> 1️⃣ Sync 50 Pocket Nodes Day 1

• Necessary for bootstraping Network service
• A maximum of 10 POKT nodes to 1 Blockchain Network Full-Node
• Full Node distribution to cover at least 3 different data center regions

<aside> 2️⃣ Set node runners and dapp developers up for success

</aside>

• Give everyone a fair chance to get started supporting the new blockchain by informing node runners of WL with 1-2 week notice
• Document key protocol level information such as block time and API methods

<aside> 3️⃣ Interface with Pocket Core Team for an altruist backup set of nodes

</aside>

• At least 4 blockchain nodes
• Intended to handle traffic that does not get picked up Pocket Portal API

Marketing

<aside> 1️⃣ Demonstrated reach and influence in core chain communities

</aside>

• Portfolio of work published through or in collaboration with other ecosystems
• Proof of significant Twitter following (~3k) and engagement
• Established network of industry media outlets, paid advertisers and influencers
