A working group anchored around a Blockchain that Pocket Network provides RPC service for. |
| Shard Member |
Any qualified person or legal entity that can perform the basic requirements of their part of the Shard. Members are typically one of DevOps, Marketing, or Business Development part of Shard. |
| Internal Shard Member |
A Shard Member that is employed by the core team. Progressively, their work would become that of an External Shard Member. |
| External Shard Member |
A Shard Member that gets paid by Pocket DAO and is not affiliated with the core team. |
| Shard Income |
Fiat/Crypto that is paid to each Shard Member based on how many relays are brought to the Pocket Network. |
| Community Coordinator |
Initially, a core employee/contractor that supports Shards and provides hands on support for Triforce responsibilities. Based on how many Shards are running in parallel, there may be many Community Coordinators. |
